About FIXED PDB

    PDB files obtained from RCSB.org. Missing residues and atoms have been added to structures. The energy minmization only applied on newly added atoms. The fixed PDB files contain all the original heteroatoms. You can conduct your search through PDB ids, protein or nucleic acid name and organism.
